Sunset Surf
Something a little different then my normal style here. It was really fun though, and over all I'm pretty happy with it. I might stick with this style, though it still needs a little refining.
This is my character Zip. His bio is here, if you're interested: [link] I've recently started to work with Zip a lot more, and the more I develop him the more I love him.
His shark bite scar took several tries, mostly because I couldn't find more than one pixilated reference of the type of bite I wanted. This one, to be exact: [link] . I'm pretty happy with it though, but I'd appreciate any tips you guys might have for the next time I draw him.

Shark Attack
So here's the story of how my character Zip got attacked by a shark. Been meaning to write it for ages...![:XD:]( "XD")
I was planning on having Zip catch a couple waves before he got bit, but then I realized that I have zero knowledge of surfing aside from the term "duck-diving" and I gave up this time around. I'll rent some surfer movies before I try writing about him again.![:XD:]( "XD")
Also, his brother Alan is about 22 in this story.

Anyone who's seen the pictures of Black Veil Brides from Download 2012 will know that they've got a new look. A very sexy, grungy, punk look. And I love it. So I'm going to do a series of paintings, one of each of the members, with their new grungy look. (I'm also making it a goal to one day get each of them to sign their picture. XD)
Anyways. This was a ton of fun to make and I did it in around 12ish hours in two sessions. You can watch the entire, compiled, livestream session, here: [link] . Overall I'm really happy with it, especially his bass (which was about 15 layers total to get all the graphics on it layered correctly). I know the quote isn't the best style wise, I'm still trying to get the hang of typography type stuff.
Also, thanks to @SaraLynnBVB for hanging with me the past couple days while I worked on this!

Across the Realms-Chapter 1: Date Night
New Mortal Instruments fanfiction! I'll be posting a chapter every week both here and on ff.net, but the chapters on ff.net will be one week ahead of the ones here.
Anyways, I've had the idea for this story for over a year now, but no time at all to write it. I finally found time though, and I'm glad I did. I'm super happy with this story, and I think I've managed to capture the characters better then I ever have before. I also have all but the last chapter of the story written already, so I can 100% gauruntee regular updates! Okay... 99%. Shit happens. The story will be nine chapters, plus an epilogue. I'll post a new chapter every Thursday or Friday.
As for the story, it is compliant up to City of Glass. I actually started this before the events of City of Lost Souls, but I've had the idea since before even City of Fallen Angels. I'm also pretending the end of City of Lost Souls doesn't exist... Anyways. There's also a lot of little tidbits hidden throughout the story, so be sure to keep an eye out! Some have to do with TID, some with extras from Cassie, and some with random stuff Cassie has said on twitter/tumblr/whatever.
I'll shut up now. Hope you enjoy the first chapter!

A quick painting of my OC Ana and her boyfriend Damien who belongs to :devilovewritting26: Not 100% happy with Ana, but it's only the 2nd time I've drawn her, so maybe I'm just not used to her or something. Who knows.
The title comes from the Rascal Flatts song "Falling Upside Down" which I was listening to while painting this, and it fits the two of them very well.
