Across the Realms-Chapter 1: Date Night
New Mortal Instruments fanfiction! I'll be posting a chapter every week both here and on ff.net, but the chapters on ff.net will be one week ahead of the ones here.
Anyways, I've had the idea for this story for over a year now, but no time at all to write it. I finally found time though, and I'm glad I did. I'm super happy with this story, and I think I've managed to capture the characters better then I ever have before. I also have all but the last chapter of the story written already, so I can 100% gauruntee regular updates! Okay... 99%. Shit happens. The story will be nine chapters, plus an epilogue. I'll post a new chapter every Thursday or Friday.
As for the story, it is compliant up to City of Glass. I actually started this before the events of City of Lost Souls, but I've had the idea since before even City of Fallen Angels. I'm also pretending the end of City of Lost Souls doesn't exist... Anyways. There's also a lot of little tidbits hidden throughout the story, so be sure to keep an eye out! Some have to do with TID, some with extras from Cassie, and some with random stuff Cassie has said on twitter/tumblr/whatever.

Falling Upside Down
A quick painting of my OC Ana and her boyfriend Damien who belongs to :devilovewritting26: Not 100% happy with Ana, but it's only the 2nd time I've drawn her, so maybe I'm just not used to her or something. Who knows.
The title comes from the Rascal Flatts song "Falling Upside Down" which I was listening to while painting this, and it fits the two of them very well.

Fell and Cici conjoined concept sheet
So last night there was a show on TV about these conjoined sisters who were (basically) two heads with one body, though it's a tad more complex then that. You can read more about them here if you're interested: [link] I highly recommend taking a look, they're very interesting!
The show made me curious though. I have a couple characters who were conjoined at birth, and I wondered what life would've been like for them had they stayed conjoined rather then being separated at one year old. It was a fun concept to play with, and very challenging!
I know that I probably got some things wrong, but overall I'm happy with the result. Please tell me what you think guys! I'd really, really love some feedback on this one!

Jinxx and Sammi Sketch
This is a picture of Jinxx, one of the guitarists in Black Veil Brides and his lovely fiance Sammi who plays keyboard and does backup vocals in My Satellite Band. I've wanted to draw these two for ages now, and I finally got around to doing it last night while Sammi was being wonderfully sweet and amusing on stickam. Finished it up this morning and I'm really happy with the result. I don't usually do sketches this detailed, but I like the effect it gives.

A Guide To Creating A Suggestion for DeviantART
I've been working on this little project for a few weeks now, though I've wanted to do it for ages!
Now then, as I mentioned, I have included a set of files for download that can assist you in making your visual suggestions. These are all things you can find on the site on your own, however I've taken the time to put each element on a transparent background and grouped together similar ones. As someone who has made a lot of visual suggestions, I can tell you that one of the most time consuming parts of making a suggestion is finding your elements and extracting them effectively from everything else. To help alleviate this issue for myself, I went and collected my most commonly used elements and extracted them all, made them look nice and pretty, and saved them with transparent backgrounds. It has helped speed up my work flow so much. So now I'm offering them to you guys! In the download you will find:
