Deviation Queue Suggestion

I've heard people suggest a deviation Queue multiple times, especially lately, but I've never seen a good mock up of a way to do it. I figured I'd throw one together because I might be a little obsessed with making suggestions lately.

This system would work only with uploads through Sta.sh.
